The staff here were very helpful and excellent, they responded promptly when we needed their assistance.

You can't get in beween 12pm and 4pm you need the code the whole hotel is like a prison. Does not help when you arrrive at 2pm. Worst bed I have ever experienced in a hotel - it was like a double put me up. You could not sleep on it as every time you moved the spring creaked and woke you. This was the same for both families. Would never consider going to the hotel again which is a shame as the room was a reasonable size. Carcasone is a must though to visit and we will retrn at some point.

Friendly staff that really goes the extra mile and a good breakfast with plenty of options. 🌟 Staff was a bit slow initially, but they were great once we asked again.

It was within easy access of the city and spacious accomodation, very comfortable.

Everything was perfect for me, so much so that I kept on saying it and I wish you had more of these across France.........I took your brochure so that I will check your hotels first before booking others!

Cheerful and efficient staff. Spacious comfortable self-serviced apartment, good winter price. Very close to historic centre, secure parking available after checkout.

This place is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from the Old City and major tourist attractions, with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is clean, with extremely friendly personal, and offers excellent and perfect location close enough to the main attraction -the old city, surrounding areas and supermarket close. We would stay there again to have once again a very nice trip.

Friendly staff, good accommodation, nice pool & steamer, 5 mins from the castle. Great!

Poor signs on hotel made it difficult to find

This place is pretty basic but everything's neat and tidy. 👍 the service here is top-notch, and they really go out of their way to help. the staff are super friendly and always ready to assist. It's in a fantastic spot, not too far from a cool old castle.

The room was reasonably large and functional and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher.

Location - very close to La Cite but quietly situated. Good value for money.

Little storage space for clothes other than what could be placed on hangers. Also, the separate toilet (no washhand basin) was a long way away from the bathroom in the appartment.

The rooms here are nice and tidy. I like that they provide an electric kettle, a microwave, and climate control - super handy! the location is just perfect, right next to a lovely bakery and a beautiful garden 🌸.

The room was very large, the hotel was very close to the old city of Carcassonne.

The bathroom had no towel rails, hooks or shelves to put clothing & other items on to keep them dry from the shower. The bed had a fence around half of it. You had to jump over the fence to get into bed, and then were trapped there until your partner decided to wake up. Why??? The hotel was hard to find, and the sign does not mention the name Clos de la cite.

Hotel is more apartments then hotel. The apartments are large and spacious. A little sparse, but very functional. The kids had space to get toys out and hang out in th emorning. There was a nice pool for the kids. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and supportive when we had to contact the rental car company for a problem with our rental car.

Reception is only staffed at breakfast and check in time (16-20h) and you can only use the wifi in the reception area when it is open.
